It was a fairly sunny day, a day for beaches, long walks, bikinis, cocktails. Not a day at all for playing Jedi Academy, but there I was nonetheless. I was hanging around on our regular channel, enjoying my cold beverage, until the following convo happened... `Elmo has joined #jedi-academy <`Elmo> hey <Kenyon> heya <`Elmo> wow, isn't it too hot to sit inside now? <Kenyon> No, I've been playing a bit on JK3Home <`Elmo> you have to go to the beach! <Kenyon> What, right now? <`Elmo> yea! I want to go to the beach, but all my friends are away... I'm lonely, but I'm really cute. And so it happened that I accompanied my newfound friend Elmo to the beach. We met up, shared some more cool beverages and enjoyed the women. Elmo explained to me that his red furry hide could not easily withstand the heat of the sun, so we stuck to the shadows, and had a great time. It was five in the afternoon, and the sun was setting slowly. Elmo figured it was time to leave, and I followed. Elmo yelled, in his ever-cute voice, that we should race to the next block... There we were on that faithful corner, as I charged across the street... And a Mercedes hits me full on. I get crippled, battered, bruised, and I have thrown away my insurance because of Elmo's tip on financing. I'm a poor wreck of a soul without a job and any means to support myself, and it's ALL Elmo's fault.
