anyway... there was no reason for saying what you did before.... I guess not... there are no list in SP.... so i dont see any other way to load it then thru the console, but im not sure. _______________ DuckLord... the duck above all duck's... |

Do you need an .arena file if it's SP? And is there anyway to have SP levels loaded other than through the console? Just wondering _______________ A wizard did it. |

Well i think he better understand if you tell it like this { map "<NameOfBSPFile>" longname "<NameInRoster>" type "ffa" } and name file <NameOfBSPFile>.arena without <> with " and {, } _______________ DuckLord... the duck above all duck's... |

you DO need an arena file here's an example (for jk2 anyway, should be same with jka): { map "sr_map_v1" longname "Sith Revenge Map v1" fraglimit 10 type "ffa" } (the brackets included) Put that .arena file in a "scripts" folder. _______________ Your friends of today, are your enemies of tomorrow. |

bung the compiled file into a zip file. Then rename the .zip to .pk3 and away j00 go _______________ Website |

Small maps take a few minutes to compile, and big ones can take almost literally days to compile. Start it going (if its a big map) and go get a life, by the time you return - only 50% will be done _______________ Website |

ok, so you made a map with GtkRadiant? Well, if you have it, and want to test it (I'm assuming you're using the latest version) then go to the menu BSP and select (test) <and everything behind it> It'll take a while and when it's ready you can start up your game and type: devmap <mapname> where <mapname> is the name under which you saved your map. it should load up without any problems and when you're completely done with the map, select (Final) <and everything behind it> _______________ Visit the Belouve Family Website!
