Hi! Had this crazy idea last night about a sort of Tourist Guide to the Academy map.. The idea's like to have a blueprint and some screenshots to explain the map to new Academy members and other people that are unsure of where, for example, the Matrix's are.. I hope this idea gets a small discussion up.. And I think it's a good idea, 'cause just yesterday I had to change my name to 'Tourist Guide' over at jk3home  I don't mind this at all, actually I think it's fun to show people around. But I remember myself getting very confused the first time someone showed me around.. So think about it.. It's not difficult to learn a map... After, say, the 3rd or 4th use I can then walk around actually knowing where i'm going. _______________ Your friends of today, are your enemies of tomorrow. |

I've been thinking about doing this for awhile now, but I keep holding back waiting for the new map that virty is making. So I would advise waiting until then. I was going to do it in a webpage, so you could click on different parts of the map and get a screenshot and a description. But maybe having a printable version would be good too. Oh well, wait for the map, I'll keep cooking on the idea. |

Ooh tourist guide is a GOOD idea. Make sure it's printable, you wouldn't want to be tabbing back and forth. PDF would probably be the best option. |
