actually you CAN upgrade the xbox, they have a 1.4 chip and memory upgrade now. so much for that theory eh? btw, i don't think xboxes are better than pc's, i just like to share news and play devil advocate  fancy xbox _______________ this is the internet, be serious damn it! |

PCs pwn consoles any day. Think, in PCs, you can edit game files, change controles (not sure if u can do that in console, if so please correct me), and play online for almost every game. And, for me at least, it is way easier to move around and aim and select things in a game with a mouse and keyboard than with analog sticks. PCs have the internet on them, and AIM.  The ony advantage to having a console is the less lag, but thats not really a problem with a sort-of-good computer. _______________ if at first you dont succeed, try and try again. if you still dont succeed, youve just wasted a whole lot of time trying something you just cant do

Yeah, PC's pwn. The G5 processor came late, get an AMD Athalon 64, the ORIGINAL 64-bit processor. Put THAT in a console and I might have a little more respect for it. Also, I do already have some respect for consoles because they are built for one thing, gaming, and nothing but. Any other type of Personal Computer is a multitasking machine. Heck, if the BIOS and the game were all it needed to run, then...well.....then it would be a console..  Okay, so to return this to the crazy forum.. so u lot agree with me? yay!!!!!!! but consoles crash more than my PC as i went to my friends house and his Xbox crashed 3 times in 1 hour! (playing KOTOR, at least its star wars...)! My PC only crashes when the internet connects behind JK3 and minimizes it! _______________ Signature, schmignature. |

have you guys heard about the next xbox http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/54/36090.html having 6 G5 processors in it?!?!?! if that's true i think that will be above and beyond pc power for a while. i mean come on, who here even has a dual processor machine? much less six! (of course i realize that it won't be out for at least 2 years. but still, in 2-3 years there won't be quad (much less six) processor pc's in most homes. edit: now THAT'S crazy! _______________ this is the internet, be serious damn it!
