I forgot that Microsoft does do something right: Lawsuits! And this time they're doing something that will help everybody.

Suing the major spammers is kind of like standing up to a bully on the playground and giving him a black eye. He'll think twice before bullying anybody again...and everybody else who was being bullied benefits. For once, hooray for Microsoft (and various other companies of which I've never been a particular fan either).

I don't think its that they want to Anomaly. That was brought up as a suggestion as a method to decrease the amount of spam.
