Exar- Meetings: hell, i didn't even know you could do that. I just was really strict with people talking last time...you remember. And yeah, even that took 3 hours. Times: I think you are right. hm I got a list+scheme in word, I thought I sent that to you Mune  , but that could be my I-always-forget-what-I-do-or-still-have-to-do-ness. Icco: lets just see how it goes, we're not in a hurry . If it takes too long for our liking we'll contact you and see what we can do about it. No problems so far though . And yeah, new meeting time. I'm not available for any long stuff in weekends till after april the 13th, and after that I have a JAT meeting coming up in one of those weekends too, so I suppose we'll have to wait a tad longer before we settle on a new date . edit: ruuk, my 2 cents on meetings: mode +m and we'll be the only ones to talk untill we ask som1 else. Strict, but it saves time. I've had meetings that took 3 hours with that policy, so you can imagine how long it would take if people would all talk at the same time . About times: I think the best thing to do is to set a time and date, and if theres too many people who cant come at that time adjust it a little or maybe even a week if its a real big problem. Monkai- We need to do a little more advertising, and a teensy bit more in advance. I'd suggest we snag all our contributors via e-mail, or IRC, or on the servers, and get the times they might be free/prefer. Also, we'll need to have an agenda laid out ahead of time so we all know what we're gonna talk about. This is how I took care of things during our meetings for the original Holocron, and they were fairly successful, albeit a little tightly controlled by yours truly. But that's what we needed then, and perhaps now too. Maximize productivity with the time we have everyone together, minimize waste. I'll ask Mune and Exar throw their two cents in on this. Eleanor- unfortunately, we had to call the meeting off early b/c we didn't have enough of our Holocron staff there to discuss matters. No meeting summary needed. Mune- I know you are going to put together a list of everyone who's contributing, and what they're doing. How's that coming? I'd love to see it so we can start harassing people to get stuff done. (Oh, aren't you so glad that I came back to put the vice-grips on ya'll?) EDIT: um...nevermind. Didn't see that you...uh...already did that.  -rh _______________ Back from the dead...
