You do realise that Episodes I-III were concepted, written and everything else that goes into planning a movie before the latter 3? The only reason they came out later was because of the budget Lucas had at the time. So please, everyone, don't say these movies suck because of the way Lucas is doing the script or naming people or introducing characters or involving characters or whatever the heck else. The truth is, he is doing it in the same way he did it the Episodes IV-VI. |

If ep. 3 is half as bad as the first two prequals, i think we need to colectively go and murder george lucas. I'll give a few reasons why this movie might be bad: 1. We all know how bad christian hadensen is at acting (if you can even call it that) so that suck factor will be ever present in the film, (plus, dont forget the wooden acting we saw come from previously "good" actors such as sam jackson and Ewin Mcgregor). 2. Then of course we have more special effects to watch as Mr. Lucas attempts again to try and gloss over any need for character development or call for believable acting with big budget CG effects. Then there are the character crossovers, i.e. having 3-po and r2d2 working at the Skywalker farm in ep. 2 which only served to screw up any continuity from the origional films. This time however, we will see a young Moff Tarkin and Chewbacca, which I still think is a bad idea, even if peter mayhues is coming back to play chewie. Those factors in mind, with George writing the script and screenplay, were almost gaurenteed a bad movie. However, we ought to be in store for a good obi wan Vs. Evil Anakin fight. If I could offer any advice to Lucasfilms, it would be to take a few ques from lucasarts, and make a movie based on Jedi Outcast, or KOTOR. _______________ Wade_Vox This comment was edited by Wade Vox on Apr 25 2004 06:01pm. |

Man, this guy in the Clone Wars thingy, was just amazing, fighting with three lightsabers, that was just unreal. he took on like 5 jedi, that was awesome. i hope he's that good in ep. 3, that will make it cool. i just hope ep. 3 will get the star wars feel back in things kotor has already restored the star wars name, but i hope ep. 3 will continue on  |
