I have serious tention building up right now and I honestly need your help to calm me down. See, everytime I'm about to get in a fight I have to walk away. Doesn't matter how bad I want to fight someone or whatever something comes up or one of my "friends" stop me and I have to walk away feeling this rage for the rest of the day. Then everyday after that all I think about is how many different ways I can kill that person. Well this happened again last night and all I've been able to think about is killing this kid over and over and over again. This is where you come in. You guys are my last resort to keep me from becoming a monster. What would you do about this if you were in my shoes. Would you go on a killing spree or seek professional help knowing it will only make you worse?

I am not kidding about the antidepressant thing. If you're really experiencing episodes of extreme rage, you should talk to a doctor about it.

Anger sucks very much. There are a great many days where someone I work with or someone on the drive to and from places find ways of pushing my buttons. I find that dwelling on things that make you mad isn't very healthy at all. Just think about it. You attack, beat, bruise, crush, and maybe kill someone that has done you wrong and then what? Has that corrected their wrong doing? Would that really make you feel better? If anything, you become just as bad if not worse then the person that wronged you. Then you have to worry about that person or his loved ones coming after you. It really isn't worth it. I find that it is alot easier to accept that people aren't perfect and someone is bound to piss in your cereal at one point or another. That's human nature and it sucks, but wanting to sink to their level doesn't improve anything. Also, I don't know how much faith you have in religion, but bad things are coming for those who are wicked. Just try to keep a lighter perspective on things and let go of the rage. It doesn't help you to hang onto it or to act on it. I'm praying for you. Hope this helps you out at least a little. :)

Yeah but I do not believe that help would work, I think it would only make things worse. For example, if I was sent to jail, I would come out an even bigger criminal than before.

The right antidepressant can really help with episodes of rage. Seriously.

sounds like you need to let you parents/family know that you can't deal with everything that's going on in your life by yourself. maybe you can go to a new school or neighborhood and "start over." maybe you have other family somewhere in the country you could move in with for a while to get away from everything? otherwise your parents need to help you get some help because really wanting to kill everyone around is NOT good at all.

I don't put myself in these situations. I swear to God as far as I can tell all this trouble just follows me around. Most of the time I just do my best to avoid it so I don't have these confrontations but every so often someone who I thought was my friend just goes nuts and starts hating me, when I haven't even done anything to provoke it. I don't go around picking fights for my own enjoyment I wish I would never have to fight but these things just keep happening and it's tearing me up inside and most of the time I just wanna brake lose like a nuclear bomb and destroy everything and everyone in my sight.

while the movie fight club has taught that fighting can be good way at therupy i really do not think you personally should do that. the reason being is that you might go beyond the levels of therupy if you fight someone with the anger you have built up. what you need to do is figure at a way to expel that energy. whether its playing an extreme sport as billy has mentioned or perhaps doing some intense work out may help. i used to do yard work when i got angry. chopping wood, slicing hedges, and tearing apart branches can be a good stress relief.

honesly i think the best advice is to stop getting into situations where you might get into a fight.

That's what I'm saying Billy. I believe it's vey healthy to fight your enemies here and there, I just never get the chance.

That's not good, dude!

Maybe try some sort of anger management class or something. You do need to get the anger out, but you can't do it in a negative way. Maybe this is just the hockey player in me talking, but maybe once in a while it might be a good thing to get in the fight. Just fight fair!

Professional help, you don't need, I would say.
A killing spree? heck no..

I would hit a pillow
and take three breaths before you speak, that also works for me.

And don't get into fights;)
