I wonder, can you be a samuri? or a Ninja? if one of you guys becomes a jedi, could i come to you to make me a saber? I just realized, theyre coming with a Space Expansion pack some time after the real thing hits the stores. That's awesome, we should start a fighter squadron on that and go on hit and run attacks on Star Destroyers  . Hey doesnt seem impossible does it? Also, who cares if you become a Jedi, lol, so you want to live life on the edge.
Plus its not like many could stand a chance against one  . (Cept if you get a price on your head, run for your dam life  ) _______________  Luke Skywalker

"first of all to steal your dreams: forget about beeing a jedi. how many people would play a jedi if everybody could become one? the servers would be crowded with them! so... they decided to make up something to limit jedi. you have to become force sensitive to try to become a jedi. and HOW to become force sensitive? haha, thats the question. noone knows officially they say the game watches your actions and decide if you become or not, but *I* think it's just random. beside, beeing a jedi is not going to be very nice. you're open for PvP (Player versus Player) comabt all the time, no break for you. and empire will hunt you, expect stormtroopers around every corner. so best would be to keep it a secret. beeing a sith is even worse because all jedi hunt you too! the developers really suggest you not to become a jedi " bad luck  _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

I am going to explore a few different paths, but I'll probably try Bounty Hunter first, but if that doesn't work I might try :beer: and attempt to become a high ranking Imperial Officer to command Stormtroopers on battlefields. =D |

you can become master... but dunno waht'll be the difference between knight and master :/
and if you are force sensitive you must do a (pretty hard) quest to become a padawan. those quest, i would say would be hard to do with players so they will be NPC? _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

I'll remake my chars 1000 times over if I have to but Ill become a jedi...
even if it was 20 bucks a month, you'd be making a profit off the entertainment value. When i played EQ I played it 45 hours a week mostly more than that. Its worth it, definately.. Another thing is that, I want to become a mayor or a militant mayor/leader. So I can just command my own little small army of stormtroopers.. I bet theyll just cheap out and give just one that keeps upgrading like the magician class. I wish they had a growing system, where over gameplay time you grow older and look older.. thatd be sweet.. I am not sure about the jedi though, are there actual jedi masters or will it all be NPC's you run up to for quests |

my character will propably be a Zabarak (maul's species)... maybe human or trandoshan, but i think i prefer zabarak. name will maybe even stay Aeth S'kray, let's see. not sure yet if i shall join a faction. what job? hm... expect to be 50% beeing bounty hunter (second popular after jedi) so i dont want to be one... or maybe a SPECIAL bounty hunter i will defenitly get soe teras kasi skills (melee specialist, especially without weapons). maybe some stealth skills too. so i can move into a location unseens, kill my target quietly and get out without trouble. kinda ninja, i guess.
and i heared some statements from the beta testers that dancing must be MUCH better than they expected. one guy told something about a wookie doing a robot-style dance and a twilek lady doing some.. erehm.... table dance ;D woohoo, that game's gonan be great. the only thing i'm consirned about is the montly fee :'( be poor student can't afford too much... and i expect the game realy to be great so alf a year = 6 * 20 $ (?)= 120$ pretty much. but i think it's worth >D _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

Hell yes I plan on getting this game (kinda glad it's comming out in april instead of march, doesn't conflict with Tenchu III: Wrath of Heaven). As for character, most likely a human named Callisto. Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about the idea of a monthly sub to a game server. Going that route does help to ensure quality of the game, policing of the llamas, and perhaps a better community of players.
It's just that I have a limited budget, and can't really afford the added expense on a monthly basis. So when the sub games come along, I don't get them. _______________ Death is only the beginning. |

And yeah, it'll be a pay-to-play service, but look at it this way: You'll be paying $10-$20 a month to play a game that you can fire up any time, and get a month's worth of entertainment from...and you'll be playing for a long time if you like it. I played Microsoft's game "Asheron's Call" for over three years. By contrast, how much would you spend on buying a new game every month for a year? How much would you spend going out to a movie or two? Well, hopefully I'll get it when it comes out, really sound slike it's gonna be a hot game. I'd probably become a Jedi/Bounty Hunter or Pilot flyin for Rogue Squadron . Not sure what the name will be, too bad I can't use the name I have now due to the name restrictions :/, that'd be phat though.

I'm thinking it's one of those mp games where you have to pay a subscriber fee for monthly access, which will price it out of my ability.
I'm looking forward to Knights of the Old Republic. That one is a combo turn-based/realtime rpg that will cover the period of time when the Jedi supposedly wiped out the Sith Lords. _______________ Death is only the beginning. |

I'm going to be playing. It realeases on April 15th though Arcuss. I'm most likely going to be a human named John Crichton. Since you can master three skill sets these are the ones I'm most interested in. Smuggling, explorer, and gun smith. Then when the space expansion hits I'll drop my least favorite to become a pilot. |
