Every McDonald's I've ever been in has given me a whole bunch of barbecue sauce if I requested it, free of charge. Plus if I bought ten dollars worth of food--and yes, that is a whole lot of food at McDonald's--I'd kind of expect a little extra sauce. But calling 911?
