Hey dudes and dudettes. As you may or may not know, I am currently doing a Computer Engineering degree in Hong Kong. I have been thinking of maybe some day transferring to some place in Europe. In any case I like to have options. So I've started snooping around in search for a suitable place. I know a lot of you are in the same field, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend some decent places to study in Europe. Hi Bubs  i could now nounce good universitys in germany, but i dont. the political situation is not good to start a study in germany if you have an other chcance in europe. They still have not enough money and there are study-taxes estublished these days. ok, few things first. Graz in Austria has a huge University, and Telematics (which is combined Electronics & Computer Science) is huge there. Comp Science alone is also a big field, and technical studies in general. Its a university-city The degree course Im on is a private institution called FH-Joanneum its kinda tough, coz its only 4 years, but thats ok. coz the equipment we got is awesome, its easy to reach coz its kinda remote (but not too remote) and no parking lot hazzle etc. We offer 2 courses, 1 is Industrial Electronics/Electronic Engineering (which I do), the other is Information Management (which is also in the CS field), both might suit you. apart from that, there are courses in Corinthia , but see yourself. Also, Vienna has got a huge university where lots of friends study. Generally, the EU substitutes internships, so its kinda double bonus, coz u get to see the country, and you get money too cool, eh ? Of course I can supply you with more info if u want.
