Fixed the problem. Members must type the IP Address as 192.168.123.121:28070. No password at this time. It won't work unless you type that last zero in the port number. Members need to have auto download enabled incase server is running different map or mod. The server gives out some really awsome ping from what I understand, very low ping. For some reason, some people that connect I'm unable to see in the map. It shows they're connected and not spectating, but they don't show up in the map. It maybe another problem I have to solve.
