Well, after battling with my cable company over my bill, I'm back online. First thing this morning I had to go to one of their "walk-in centers" and pay up my bill (that was a fight too). B4 I leave they tell me that my service should be turned on by the time I get home, it wasn't. So I call them up and they tell me that my bill was overdue. I tell them that I just went to their "walk-in center" and paid it. Then they put me on hold for like 10 mins. When she finally comes back on she still says that I didn't pay up yet. I tell her again that I was just at their place and they assured me that it would be on by the time I got home. She puts me on hold AGAIN for 10 minutes and says sorry it doesn't show up. I get p/o-ed and demand to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for another 10 minutes, the supervisor tells me the same thing. I explain AGAIN that I was there, blah, blah. Another 10 mins on hold and same thing. So I ask to speak to his supervisor. After 20 minutes this time, I spoke to Wilson, explained my whole deal and FINALLY he's able to do something. He apologizes up and down and then I ask him why I'm paying $40/mo for this crappy service and he apologizes again and gave me a free month.
Eventhough it turned out OK and I got a free month of internet access, what a hassle!!!

Well i pay 50 bucks a month and Its down half the time and it takes like 2 weeks for it to get back up after a big storm
