Revenge of the Sith is just a name to draw public. People think, eh Sith, those bad guys, must be cool, Revenge of the Sith already gives away what will happen in a global line. The Phantom Menace was a mysterious title, that could mean anything, I liked it. |

The basic storyline was written in the 70s. I seriously doubt that Lucas fleshed out the details back then, and I know the scripts weren't written way back then. Even so, he could have changed the title. I thought The Phantom Menace was far and away the best title of any of the films. And np Bail. I don't read the "spoiler" threads, and I don't click on any link that looks like it might reveal storyline info to me. There's quite possibly only one Star Wars movie left to see in my life, and I want to know as little as possible about it when I go to the theater. When ROTJ came out someone I knew thought it was cute to tell me the ending before I had seen it, after I had been so careful to avoid reading or watching anything about it until I'd seen it--never understand people who do stuff like that. He knew enough. He knew that Dooku had joined the Sith, and he knew all about them. He knew that Dooku held sway over 10,000 worlds and was drawing them into what was going to be a very destructive war. He didn't know specifics like the Death Star, but he most certainly knew that Dooku's escape would result in far greater evil than the deaths of his friends. _______________ My signature is only one line.
