How long did i wait for broadband? I dont know it pains me to even think about it.But it was worth the wait . I trawled through download after download searching for things looking for things etc. After a final 2 hour download the screen i had been dully looking at changed and the music stopped. It was a loading screen showing a few pics and the words the jedi academy. i Rubbed th esleep out of my eyes and wiped the dust off my trusty keyboard. was it happenning or was it a dream? The profile screen showed up and tyhe varius things i could have done to change my appearence but id already set myself up.I clicked the join game button and i had taken my first step into the academy.I spawned in the courtyard a green lush peaceful place The music was a calm piece composed by john williams In the corner of the screen people were chatting . No sorry jed is were chattig. I said a nervous hello and a certain scythus offered me a tour. i gladly accepted and was showed around. I was amazed at the sheer size and magnificence of the academy. Soon the tour was over and i was free to do what i wanted. A guy called XaNaToS was really friendly and i duelled against him a few times when someone else came tomy attention called adam.It was great duellig against a real person.It was adams first day 2 and he had got a tour off XaN. i chalenged him to a duel and we bowed and began. There was a slow hiss as aour lightsabers drew out . i charged at him doing scisscors . We engaged in a fast flurry of attacks swiping left and right from the top and underneath. i twirled my saber staff over my head and adams body crumpled there was a dull thump and he fell to the floor. Dead. I had won my first duel in the academy my first victory a chat message appeared "good fight" it said i sent one back "u 2". Since then i've been in the academy a while now. this is my third week and its only got better. Well I joined the JA after having bought JK2 several months earlier... I've been here for a year (and a month and some days), so I can't really remember my first day. All I remember is signing up, getting an acceptance mail 2 days later, and surfing around in the forums... I also remember being an annoying little kiddo during my first maps    (not that I'm not one now) _______________ Your friends of today, are your enemies of tomorrow.
