Alright, did some power-levelling with lvl 19-21 people and also played a good amount of time yesterday with lvl 15-16 people in boomtown... Result: now lvl 16 and 2 bubbles away from lvl 17. Hit lvl 14, got superspeed, now I can run through mobs without them getting aggro, neat I fought a while with lvl 16 players and we were taking out lvl 18-19s mobs. Hey I just finsihed a Task Force. The one given out by the guy in Skyway. I think the only reason we finished it with 4 people was that we were all like 19 and in the middle of the Task Force we all leveled up. It was fun. We got to defeat the Clockwork King.
