Yeah but like I said, its apparent that a 17 year old and an 11 year old have different views on things due to their maturety lvl. Like a young child doesn't have a say in where they wanna go in a divorce vs a teenager that does. It seems I've unknowingly misguided you a little. Yes, I do know that the kid was 11 and this is not a parent abandoning her child and luckily there's isn't a pedophile in every bush. Having a child with friends at an amusement park for a couple of hours could also be a way to tech the child to take responsability. But if you look at the law, it says that everyone under 18 is a minor. And if they enforce it with 11-year-olds they should have to enforce it with 17-year-olds too. Sorry but thats just plain stupidity. The maturety lvl of a 17 year old and an 11 year old are way different. She should have know better to just drop a kid off alone at an amusement park. God knows how many Psyco Pedo's are walkin around that place. i think $1000.00 is too cheap. Although it was a dumb thing to doon her part, I don't think jail time is needed.
