Oh...and i thought all GeForce 4- dont support DX9.0...nvm tho Well...a GeForceFx 5700 Ultra is definately a good choice (but only if you dont want to spend much much money on a high-end killer GPU like the new 6800XT...) The 5700 Ultra is very powerfull and only slighty worse then a 5900 (although i would recommend a 5950 Ultra because the 5700 Ultra wont be sufficient in...a half year?Maybe even less..) With a good amount of RAM and a strong CPU, you should get good results in Doom3.The GPU is definately powerfull enough to handle the extreme graphics of Doom3. I only have an NVdia GeForce Ti 4200, which is the edition that came before the FX's I think. Anyway, even those work really well, very easy to install, and such, so I have no doubt that the newer versions will be even better.
