so if I would "invent" a color I could patent it? This is not very new, really. A lot of colours have been copyrighted for years. Heineken for example. "Heineken Green" is copyrighted by them. Thing with these colours is that they are PMS colours, so these are most of the time not standard colours, which makes them look different to others if you look hard. |
