Sure. I need the practice =/ Although TFFA is a bit lower on the scale now seeing as that I am unattached, clanwise, and as such will never be playing it. I won't refuse, though. What were the times we said we'd be on IRC?

Actually, I just started researching. Got every guns damage against 100/100, 100/0, and splash damage for certain weapons. That would probably go under fire mode description.
I've been reading other guides and getting ideas. I'm still researching yet but I imagine it will look like your section when it is done. Unblockable E-11? Didn't know that. Got any more of those kind of tips?
I'll definately get you to look over the section. My sheltered JA life doesn't allow me to use guns as much as I'd like
btw, could you recommend a few servers? Preferably force and guns. Edit: Ruuk doesn't want much leaking out yet, so could you edit out the section details from your forum post? Nice reply. Actually, in your country, Jedi is an official religion right? 
I will be the first one to say that I hate church and "religion". Religion is actaully just man's relationship with God. Considering how many people are corrupt, stupid, or think they are righteous, there is very little faith. I don't go to church, for a few different reasons. One thing that bugs me, and sort of ties into your thing, is people who only worship their diety so they don't face an eternity of torture. Gah. About the little kids, it's kind of a weird topic. Assume you're a parent, who follows a certain faith and believes it, wouldn't you want your young child to have the same, loving relationship with your diety? It's hard to understand, but I'll use my own faith as an example. I'm a Catholic whose beliefs fall more in line with that of an Orthodox Jew. I talk to God, He answers. I KNOW for a FACT that He is there looking out for me. Might sound crazy, but it's true. I would want my children to have this same wonderful relationship. Maybe taking them to church isn't so bad, provided they stay away from preists(bad joke I know), and know that it's for Mommy and Daddy and when they are older, they can decide if they want to be a part of it to. Bah, I ran out of time. Jake, I find your lack of faith disturbing. hehe I ask of you one question, did you actually study religion before making your choice? It burns me when others simply dismiss religion because of what they've heard, rather than discovered for themselves.

We want people that are devoted to the game and will show commitment. We want people who have been playing the game for a long time, like me from day of release, not people that have been at the academy ages or don't play on publics often. I don't want people getting twisted view that the whole JKII community is like the academy, want the readers to be prepared for all consequnces and situations.
On full force, ask anyone whose dueled me full force and you'll understand I played it quite a lot but it was a bit easy and it felt lame using the bug exploits and stuff (throw pull etc).
As for team play modes, I'm currently a long serving member of a clan [JCC]. We've been formed since the game came out, and we're pretty good, no amazing, but pretty good. We won the barrysworld TFFA league and numerous wins at duelsday. Myself, I was team captain of the full force, saber only TFFA team and led the clan to victory In my clan i'm a jedi master which means I'm one of the senior people and since I've been playing for so long, I train people with my more than extensive knowledge (I'm bragging now but I'm proud of my acheivements ) _______________ Apprenctice of Jedi Master Ascari (deceased) Descended from a line of great Jedi Will argue any point of view from any side

Every swing could be done, but briefly. What keys to perform it, how much damage they do, and their attributes(ie. right swing reaches farther and goes a bit slower). Nofrickinfun covers all those in his classes, maybe we could ask him to proofread that.
About the Instant DFA, that could go under countering, red, or tricks. Or copy and paste and put it for all A section that covers both countering and ghoul2 would be neat.
I HAVE to see that video. Seriously. 
1/2 the classes here focus on dueling. I'd like to see some more team based, full force stuff as that's what we see to struggle with. The recharge rates on the Academy servers doesn't help. I completely agree that we start with the Welcome to the Academy, Lightsaber, Movement, and Force powers. Where we start depends mostly on what everyone wants. If we ask for help, almost everyone will reply saying yes, but how do we select who is best for the job? So far, only a few of us have shown real interest. So you, Ruuk, fizz, Aeth, me, and a few others so far. Do we need more people? How many? Yeah MOS that sounds great. For the each stance section are we going to do every swing ? That was what I was planning but I can see it being alot of work, let me know. For the tricks, or little known moves as I called em in my thread, would we have them in a seperate section ? For example the instant DFA involves countering, so would that be in the trix section with a link in heavy stance saying "go to trix section". I'm quite experienced at CTF, the servers we use here though lag me a lot though. I know a few of the top movers and shakers in the CTF world and I can probably get in contact with them if need be.
I've also got a few CTF trick videos involving special jumps, wall glides, mid air shootings. One vid is of a guy shooting a homing missle, at someone then getting killed, he respawns, runs after guy and kicks him down, the homing missle from before (still following the now knocked down guy) hits him, kills him and flag is returned, has to be seen to be belived. Strafe jumping, I can do that with ease Jedi master mode is one of my faves and I'm actually quite famous for it (if you play it alot on publics you'd know me). I was asked to join a JM clan including some of the greatest JM players in the world, so I sort of know what I'm talking about . Havn't played CTY for a while but its pretty similar to CTF, just maybe some extra tactics on no force against guns, and general movement.

Let's get started on the layout and text part of the Holocron, shall we? We should decide what we want for sure and make sure everyone agrees before we starting writing.
Here are some other good sites with a ton of great information. Possibly a Welcome to the Academy type thing that would cover set-up, mods, patches, server info, in-game etiquette and tweaking. I would like to see A Lightsaber section with topics like blue, red, and yellow stances, blocking, countering, special moves(YDFA, etc), tricks(IDFA for example), duel tactics, and main uses in other game types. A Force section with sub groups of Light, Dark, Neutral that details what each force power does, when you should use it, the best way to use it, and how to counter it. A movement section. We should get Huxleys input on this. He's the movement master. Accelerated jumping, strafe jumping, rolling, wall walks, kicking using movement in battle, drills to practice. Guns and explosives. Statistics, how to use, and how to counter. A game section that describes every game-type, tactics, roles, etc. I'm kinda fuzzy on this one since I almost always play CTF, TFFA, or FFA. CTF would be the main one tactics-wise and I think a few people here, you included, could teach A LOT to the rest of us. A few demos of top clans playing each other would kick ass. And a "technical" section that could expand later on. Mapping, skinning, modeling, whatever. Conclusion or a summary of everything? Practice test for fun maybe? Bah, too much typing.
