Hey Diceman!!! It's good to hear from ya! My take on the whole NHL thing is that the players shouldn't be whining about how much money they're making. I would kill to make as much as the lowest paid guys in the league! However, the owners aren't completely innocent in all of this either. They're the ones that started paying the players that much (particularly the Ranjerks!). Frankly, I think they should get rid of guaranteed contracts, but I know that'll never happen. We'll see what happens with the latest round of talks. Both sides met last Wednesday and will again this Tuesday. It's tough going this long without hockey. Luckily, Fox Sports NY has been showing "Classic Contests" once a week. Last Tuesday, they showed the 1980 Cup final when the Isles won their 1st cup, ahh the memories!
