Jedi Master don't forget, Spawn wasn't kicked out, he was kicked out AGAIN. I don't think you've been kicked out before so I'm assuming you haven't been and niether have I so in our cases if we break a rule we get a warning, and have time to redeem our mistake. Someone that has already been kicked out twice breaks a rule that's it they're gone. They've already gotten several warnings so why give them even more to use up each time they come back. That would just get back to "why even have rules here" since you could just break them over and over and still get back in. I really think someone getting banned 3 times is 1 time too many and they should have been permanently kicked after the second time. But hey 3 outs sounds good to me.
