Mate you need to relax, and stop worrying about who is the best, that's not what the JA is about. Just talk to people and have some fun and stop jumping around all the time. If you just took your time to get to know people you'll have a much better time here.
The reason I kick you was that you were being disrespectful to other's on the server. I did speak to those that were using guns and shot at you as well.
