I don't own a PSP, so I wouldn't know. However, to be honest, I don't think a PSP would have the program you need for the chat section.

A CTF Class stands for 'Capture the Flag', which is a gametype in JKA. So the class is there to help you out and get better at it.
And I'm afraid I can't help you on the PSP problem, I've never used one. |
