I would prefer it if you didn't. I'm not the kind of person that enjoys reading books and watching TV dramas. You have posted a lot of stories on the forums and admittedly, their subjects were never of a particular interest to me. They are often very long and I'm not sure that I will be able to find the time to read them. The ideal place for posting your own creations to get feedback is in the Showcase Forum, but occasionally your posts in there have caused a lot of controversy because they are either not relevant to the forum or they talk about religion (unfortunately, religious discussions rarely stay civilised in the academy and so it is best to keep religious material out of the academy completely). There are people here who will read your posts and even give you feedback, but bare in mind that this is a gaming community and not a writing community and as a result not everybody will be interested. I'm sure that there are whole forums and sites dedicated to story writing somewhere on the internet, though. |

I've not got a problem with you. Or anyone else for that matter, to assume so is silly.
We're all here for the same purpose, to have fun and socialise with people who share a common interest. I'd be wasting my time if I spent hours on end hating people I barely know. Especially, if there is no reason to hate them.

Thats pretty cool. I was in the British Army pretty briefly (Scots Guards, look them up) but after about six weeks I injured my knee pretty awful, and I got sent home with a med discharge. I loved the training but I'm sad that I couldn't see any real active service, especially doing the ceremonial stuff. Then again, at least I'm safe at home. |
