Well, you do quite well, considering the time you play. Just try to work on things you can't do as well. Ie, you still rush sometimes, which is why you get hit. Work on observing the opponent.
That is important especially if you want to get a grasp of red aerials, you need to predict your opponent in the moment where they cannot hit you. 
Also, it's good to know yellow. I personally am thankful for knowing it - yours need work. Learning is never ending process, it won't make you perfect, because there's no such thing as 'perfect', but it will make you better. Don't be afraid to lose duels, nobody will laugh at you here. And if they do, tell me and I'll slap them
