Sup dude.
Ok just to recap. In yesterdays lesson we covered mainly yellow stance; - standing scissors, - basic 1 - 2 swing advancing scissors, and some movement, specifically jumping
Next training sessions we are gonna work solely on movement, it'll be split between a normal academy map and finishing on the movement map.
I'll try and cover; - Strafe Jumps - Distance - Speed - Landing and Jumping Accuracy - Glides - Wall Runs And possibly some minor swing incorperation. - Glide based swing Delay's I want you to be comfortable with movement, and most of the basics, before we carry on saber training. Your progress with Yellow is really good, feel free to ask me for any help. We'll sort a training session one night this week? Unfortunately this weekend I am away, although I shall be back sunday evening from 9ish.
