well, to be honest, my english aint that sophisticated to deal with tedious legal stuff... I however am relatively sure thta I know what u're talking about, and thus sorry, too, that I might not have been a big help. *sigh* Anywho, maybe there's a problem with contracts and treaties, or maybe even vacant possesion that may rely deeply in your soul.
