Another problem is even with C1 having a copyright, and even if it can be shown that the mod they have infringes upon his copyright, and even if both countries where the servers are located recognize the US patent law, then it comes down to one question... Is it worth it to seek legal action to prevent the other site from using this mod? Jacen, The link took me to a file named Revolutions, not Reloaded. Did he rename it? I did study law as an undergrad with the intention of going to law school (in fact, was accepted and going to go this last fall but changed my mind), but I'm not a lawyer. If he stole something, it might be legal or illegal depending on many variables... Also, it may be illegal in one country and not another.
