May it be cg_fov or cg_thirdpersonangle...all these commands wont affect a recorded demo. They only affect your own game settings but they wont get recorded along with the footage. When you watch a demo, itll only display the recorded player movement, all other settings like cg_draw2d or cg_fov depend on your own cfg. However, you can change all these settings whilst watching a demo by opening the console and typing them down.
