Bleh... sorry for the trouble I'll cause by saying this: TFileStream is only good for reading/writing binary data and/or single characters... Use TextFile (just like you used to) instead... First: it just can't NOT find the file the code is correct Second: you got the constructor wrong... only mode you pass "fmShareDenyNone"... you don't tell it if it's for reading or writing: URLS = TFileStream.Create(GetCurrentDir + '\urls.txt', fmShareDenyNone or fmOpenWrite); // or instead of "fmopenwrite" you can do "fmopenread" Third: You got the write() wrong... You're not specifying where to write to...
