Hey angel, a friend of mine who happens to be a girl has expressed an interest in learning martial arts, nothing crazy like us mind oyu, but a bit of it. I ahve taught 2 friends and my brother at current, but there is a big debate over "women's martial arts". So I figured I would go to the source, are there any major differences? And anything I should pay special attention to. I know I have to consider weight and body type, but that is the same a training a light weight guy, like my bro. Thanks in advanced and let me know what oyu think. EDIT: Hey, you live in Florid, I might be down there in like a month, maybe me and a large group of friends will crash at your pad, lol, just kiddin, but if you wanta hang with us when we are down there thats cool. _______________ Using no way as way.
