Hi brothers! You have asked for training, and here it is. First i think we need 2 hours a week. If you prefere 2 setions or one long setion is not important, just shose one option ;-). Than we need to know when we want to do it. My possible times are: Monday, Wednesday - Friday after 19.00. On weekend i cant say when, just feel free to shose a time, but not between 16:00 and 17:00, its StarTrek-time here ;-) What we will train?
