Hey, its me again. Got the Linksys card. Got ftp to go. Installed pretty much everything. Went to boot up from the BSD drive....Fatal Trap Error: 9 .....sound familiar? EDIT: Nvmd. That was just a general protection fault created by not disabling my onboard NIC in CMOS. Pretty stupid, eh? On a positive note, though...Congratulate me. I have now installed Unix!! It took getting a new NIC that was on the HCL then disabling my onboard SiS 900 Ethernet controller in CMOS and then configuring my kernel to use the hard drive on my secondary IDE. But, hey, it's on there now! Woohoo! Just thought I'd let you know. Thanks for all ur help. You know what that's the thing! It's a SiS 900 Onboard NIC which seems to be supported! I don't know. GAH!!  That ftp install won't work either for some reason. I get to the point where I have to choose an interface (serial, parallel, or ethernet) and there actually is no choice for ethernet! An RSS feed is basically just a file with short versions of headlines and a brief description of the story involved. By putting it in a common format, it lets anything with RSS support able to get those headlines.. Quite a few newspages like Slashdot and The Register use it, and its nice to have the headlines in my email client Odds are that it would only take a little bit of manipulation on the front page to have it spit out an RSS feed, as the code for headlines and stories is already there.. |

Hey DJS! I finally got to see the X2 movie and... one word... awesome!! Nightcrawler's introduction into the movie is well done, if u'd know him from the comics u'd say:"that's good ol' nighty all right!". Don't let urself be misled however, Mistique IS nightcrawler's real mother, at least according to the comics it is, and Rogue was her 'adopted' child. Anyway it is a great movie and i enjoyed it! Maybe someone could make the official nightcrawler skin for the JA, based upon the movie lol! _______________ Lineage: son of Mystique, father of Nocturne. |
