Never said C&C was good.... actually I think it's quite lousy. Imo RTS has a problem. Strategy does not equal gathering food, wood, stone and gold all the time. There is something seriously wrong with the strategy and realism when all which matters is to build a giant army and mow down the enemy; no ambushes, no strategies or plans. The last game I saw which actually had some sort of planning involved was Total War: Shogun. And as for the realism... how often do you think 3 footsoldiers with swords destroyed castles back then?  |

eh, many many days later he responds... I actually like the neverwinter nights story. I'll agree in the beginning it's a little hard for lower levels (chapter 1, not the prelude), and various tplaces such as Klauth are ver hard alone, but that's why you have a henchman I've never played the baldur's gates, so I don't know if they're really better or not. And yes, the graphics do suck, that's what happens when they spent 5 years on a game When they start, the graphics are wonderful. When they finish, the world of graphics has left them in outer space (if you've totally forgotten what i'm responding to, see my profile ) _______________ Well then. Just so you know, just because I don't post often doesn't mean I don't lurk this place multiple times every day... |
