The banning was a combination of the profile picture, another picture he made (a version of acey spadey's cat picture), plus a few other smaller things. Considering the fact that one of our JACs (Huxley) is Jewish and the rest of us find nazi humor to be completely unnecessary and unfunny, the council felt a permanent banning was appropriate. Our justification is in the rules where it states: Racist/sexist/homophobic talk is extremely forbidden. This extends to the image you want on your profile. Any references to Nazis or Hitler fits into the "racist" portion of that rule, and the words "extremely forbidden" should imply that we have 0 toleration for things of that nature. _______________ -Academy Leader/Dictator/Defeater of DJ Sith and JACen Solo in the JAK+ Tournament -I do think it (the JA) will help convert dozens, maybe hundreds, to the dork nation... --me |

i hope no one takes this the wrong way... but no person is bad... just their ideals/beleifs. if you wish me to delete my view on what was said, just tell me, and ill delete it as soon as i see it. Maybe the other infractions were bigger than i think about... if you had a problem with his picture, did you not ask him to remove it? Maybe im wrong and ignorant... Doobie, why permanantly?
