Doesn't it just figure that once I get my connection fixed something else decides to break? Something screwy is goin on inside my computer, I honestly have no idea what though. I tried playin jk3 today and everytime I'd join a server I'd get to the end of the loading screen and then I'd get a windows error message saying jk3 has encountered and error and needs to close. I figured maybe a bad .pk3 file or something so I went through them all and turns out they weren't the problem. Next I tried an uninstal/reinstall and that didn't work either. Actually it made it worse, not jk3 won't even boot up. I have to run off to work now but hopefully I'll get more of a chance to work on it tonight. Hey Tido, the cable guy stopped by today to check out what's up with my funky internet. Turns out the lines running in my building are older than dirt and because of that water found a way inside the lines...hence my sporatic connection issues. The worst part is they won't be able to fix it for a few more days, quite possible not until next week There's always the chance of me being online, but in case I miss our paddy class tonight it's because i still haven't gotten my connection fixed. Just wanted to give you a heads up and let you know what's going on. Grrr...So get this. Wednesday night I log onto the home server about 15 minutes before we were supposed to meet. After about 10 minutes my internet goes out and it hasn't come back on since. I just called up the cable company and they can't find any problem with the line from their end so they're sending someone out to my apartment on Tuesday to check it out.
