Hi setementor! wel, since you are the only one who wanted to go on with the EU-Map-Project, it seems you made the race! Well, are you still up for the Job?Please give me an E-Mail adress where I can send files of at least 3MB. And get your self AdobePhotoshop. You can have a 30 trail version bevore you need to decide if you like to use it or not. For the map: Since that is my first photoshop-project, its very simple, so you can understand it. The most important thing is the Layer-System. Imagine the layers like a heap of unvisable and infinity slides which the picter is a window on the slides. I created several layers, one for the map, one for england and one for netherlands. Each map has a layer for the dots, so the map it self is not changed. If you like to place a dot, do it at the layer that is ment for it, than it is much easier to delate it later if you need it because you dont destroy the map underneath. Each name is a layer it self too. But please dont place anything on it. So you can place the names where ever you want without changing anything else. If you place a new name there is automatically created a new layer so you dont have to care for that. Its quite easy, use try and error to find out how it works ;-) The color of the dots is 255 for red and 0 for green and blue. well, you will see it... I used multimap for finding the places the peaple live... its quite ok, you wont have problems with it ;-) Please inform your self about the changes from my last updatepost. I didnt inlcude any of them i think. Thanks for the welcome. I was wondering about class times. Are all the instructors in the UK? Classes all seem to be reallly early and I can't make most of the ones I want to take. Is there ever a time when classes move or are they basicly the same time each week? |
