Hi Charon.  I think that it's a ping problem. If I have any programs running, thats what seems to happen. (such as mIRC, etc) It depends where you live. Where you are is not america or england making you in a difficult spot. Those two places are locations of the academy's servers. (JK3 servers: Wireplay (UK), home(USA), classes(USA), siege(USA) I think) I only get these problems with USA servers, MY ping (If I ever make it onto the servers) is over 200! What I meant about freeserve was that my server is freeserve (My internet service provider). So I was asking if your was or not. If it is, it may just be freeserve causing this problem. If it isn't, it means it is just an internet ping problem. Good Luck, hope it works and remember to close all programs which are not in use.  (Helps to prevent lag and that only-showing-the-ip prob) |

That server problem: Sorry mate, I get this far to much. I hate it. It is annoying. The server isn't down and it happens randomly at random times! So if you enroll in a class, just hope that it is gonna work. It's annoying, but I get it, and I have to put up with it. P.S. I use Freeserve, do you? (Just so that I can find out if it is freeserve which i'm wasting my money on!) Oh! Welcome to the JA. Have fun. If you need to know anything, feel free to drop me a line. Ok thats a easy one  Go to the about us page (top of 2nd dropdown menu) All the ranked people are displayed. Underniete is an alphebetised (spelling?) set of links A B C D ..... click the letter of the student u are looking for and all people whos name start with that letter will be displayed. Eg. if looking for "Squibit" you would click the S and look down the list of names. be carful i dont use symbols in my name "[[THE SQUIBIT]]" as for this you would need to click the symbols button instead of the letter. Aletnativly you can acctualy search using the search box just below the letters. Greetings I'm Squibit Belouve simply another student here like you. Welcome to the Jedi academy, I hope you enjoy your time here, however long it is that you are with us. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, or any other member. We are all helpful and respectful to each other here (other wise we are kicked out ).You can access the server page here. Also feel free to visit our IRC channel. Please remember to check out the rules however so that there are no misunderstandings. While any body will almost certainly help you if they can to attend official classes go to the classes page and click details next to one that interests you. If the description is what you are looking for then feel free to enrol. (press the button). Please try not to miss classes, though all teachers will understand there are times when RL becomes more important than JK (“It does ???”). All of the site (class times post times etc.) will be set to your time zone, as long as you set it in your profile settings. If you enter your name on a messaging program I could add you so that you can ask questions that need quicker responses. To leave me a message simple click on my name or picture to the left of this post and add a comment on MY profile. I will be sure to check there but may not check back here.
