So the little fellow is a bit hyperactive. So what ? If he acts like a Jackass just ignore him, if he persist then you go to a JAT or JAC. The JA should be a place for ppl to learn not only how to saber fight but also some values like respect and dicipline. Some cant do that and get banned, some start as "Jackasses" but came ou like nice guys after losing "the actitude".
