Uhm, tricky question, since I've pretty much forgot all I've been taught about grammar etc.
But safe to say, Life tourment, would translate; Livets plåga, which in turn would be best translated to; Tourment of life. err..hehe. How to pronounce it is easier though, Livets, would be (Liv); Leave, (ets) same in English as in Swedish. Plåga, err..; Plow, without the sounding of the w in the end, but the sound of the å letter is more like the vocal sound of the English word toarn, (oa) and (ga) same in Swedish as in English. Hope that sheds some light on your question.
