I thought long and hard about how to describe Pink Floyd_Mintaka's (winner of a variety of awards including my own MPAG award for pure genius) various, numerous, contributions to this academy in this long overdue comment. Weaponsmith, musician, mapper, mentor, joint creator of the Mintaka's, superb duelist, helpful, and more than anything, an all round fun guy. It was a daunting task.
So to The Floydster (aka Old Man Mintaka, That Bloke Who Likes Ninjas, Pinky etc.) I can only say... What a guy. Here's #5000. -Ches P.S In the immortal words of Kenwan: Pink Floyd rules! Wow. Really? Not even a phone call? Also, I won't be getting texting for a while. I can't really afford it. Phone is the best way to contact me, followed by email/facebook - both work equally well.
I look forward to seeing this "map" you mentioned. Over the summer, I'm sure you'll find spare time that would equate to 2 weeks of just-you time. I started working on that map in late November of 2008. I got the spawn area done before my PC died. I somehow saved the .BSP (but not the .MAP) on a flash drive. Dunno how that works... anyway, I was thinking of redoing the thing entirely just for fun... problem is, as far as I'm aware, no one has the Christmas tree model. Virtue said he might, but he hasn't gotten back to me about it yet.
Plus, I don't actually remember the dimensions that I used and that upsets me, as my spawn areas were always constant (as far as width goes). I suppose I could venture a guess as to what they were... but it wouldn't be the same. Reformats are sad. You should look into getting an external hard drive if you have the extra cash. They're totally worth it (Especially as you can get a terabyte of space for between $100 and $150). Still... reformats make me sad. What OS are you running? Also, will you be reinstalling JKA? And you're done with MySpace? How the hell am I supposed to contact you now? You never answer your phone  ! Do you use Facebook now or something (though I recall you hated it)? How often do you check your email?

Really glad to hear things are going well for you man, the job will come in time I'm sure they just like playing hard to get. It's great that your still working on music too! Well in that case I shall have to make time to get on here for a bit after my current coursework is finished. Would be aces to [get] own[ed] [by] some noobs eh?

Heya Pinky old buddy!  Sorry it's been absofreakingredonkulouslylong since I last commented on here, between being busy with uni/post-uni life and my own typical laziness/being easily distracted by shiny things I have been extremely poo! I noticed TJA had a big crash recently, I'm glad it got fixed so I actually can reply. O_o
I'm doing alright, the aforementioned post uni-ness is keeping me busy/stressed/insane but other than that life is pretty good.  I need a job!

I am on AIM and MSN equally! The only time I am on one and not the other is when I log onto MSN (while on my Windows partition of my MacBook) to get people on JKA. All other times, I am on both!
