I thought long and hard about how to describe Pink Floyd_Mintaka's (winner of a variety of awards including my own MPAG award for pure genius) various, numerous, contributions to this academy in this long overdue comment. Weaponsmith, musician, mapper, mentor, joint creator of the Mintaka's, superb duelist, helpful, and more than anything, an all round fun guy. It was a daunting task.
So to The Floydster (aka Old Man Mintaka, That Bloke Who Likes Ninjas, Pinky etc.) I can only say... What a guy. Here's #5000. -Ches P.S In the immortal words of Kenwan: Pink Floyd rules! Dude! Was good hearing from you albeit via the Rin delivery service. Gah, didn't you lose a load of work before due to comp troubles? I think you were happy about it then actually.
So your heading a new direction with this new stuff? Sounds good, especially the hair scorching part, I like music with attitude.  You'll have to send me a sampler or something!
I'm alright, just suffering with this throat infection. The anti biotics make me feel weird too.  Other than that things are great though, jsut settling back in at uni. Ugh the joys of shopping after having it all done for me for over a month.

Nice . Although, you really should invest in a Portable hard drive and just back up some stuff onto it every week or so, so you don't lose mounds of work, etc.

Ah, yes, LUCKILY however, there is a way to turn a .BSP into a .MAP file, however there is a catch. I'll have to talk to Virt about how to do it, but that "catch" is that you lose all entities I believe, and the textures aren't aligned as they were when you put them into the .BSP. So, it's better than nothing, but at the very least you'll have the brush work. I'll try and talk to Virt some time today and get back to you.
