I thought long and hard about how to describe Pink Floyd_Mintaka's (winner of a variety of awards including my own MPAG award for pure genius) various, numerous, contributions to this academy in this long overdue comment. Weaponsmith, musician, mapper, mentor, joint creator of the Mintaka's, superb duelist, helpful, and more than anything, an all round fun guy. It was a daunting task.
So to The Floydster (aka Old Man Mintaka, That Bloke Who Likes Ninjas, Pinky etc.) I can only say... What a guy. Here's #5000. -Ches P.S In the immortal words of Kenwan: Pink Floyd rules! Right, the map. Well, firstly I'd like to point a couple of things out. I'm not sure if this was intentional, after all it is a little destroyed, but some of the supports for the main thing in the courtyard are missing.
One Two Now, on to the hall way. Well, to be honest, it looks really bright compared to the original screen you sent me, so maybe make it a little darker. And another thing, the sudden use of wood kind of threw me off. I looked around the rest of the map and saw no other wooden textures like that. Wow sounds like your really cracking on with it man! The new keyboard good i take it?
Don't really hear enough of the turtle to comment much on it but it sounds kinda funny, bit like the magic roundabout lol. Really like what i've heard of Improv on the Third, vaguely oriental sound to it, and i hope i get to hear the rest! Its great that your really cracking on with the album though.

Haha, I doubt that. I'm sort of skipping around tutorials right now to get certain things I want. Like the doors, and there's a breakable wall in there too.
I tried to goof around to see how a dome ceiling works last night, and... yeah... brain hurt bad... You'll have to walk me through that next time you get on MSN, which, by the way... get on MSN !

I'm not sure about the size of the hole in the roof, on the one hand it works well as it suggests its a small courtyard perhaps surrounded by other buildings, but on the other hand my preference would be to see a little more sky. Regardless it works well, keep up the good work, you seem to be a very talented mapper
Maybe with you and Pink, we might get to see the Mintaka map v2 at some point in the future? Joint project, mayhaps? Stoked
Things are okay in my 'verse right now, but not perfect. I have a really bad cold, and i think a recent 7 hour bus and coach journey has proven very unkind on my back and neck (damn cheap uncomfortable seats!), oh and relationship stuff is causing a few headaches, but its not too bad. Other than that though things are good hehe.
