I thought long and hard about how to describe Pink Floyd_Mintaka's (winner of a variety of awards including my own MPAG award for pure genius) various, numerous, contributions to this academy in this long overdue comment. Weaponsmith, musician, mapper, mentor, joint creator of the Mintaka's, superb duelist, helpful, and more than anything, an all round fun guy. It was a daunting task.
So to The Floydster (aka Old Man Mintaka, That Bloke Who Likes Ninjas, Pinky etc.) I can only say... What a guy. Here's #5000. -Ches P.S In the immortal words of Kenwan: Pink Floyd rules! Whoa! Where to start... Ok, to anyone who was looking for me these past couple weeks. Awhile ago my comp completely and crashed/broke down and I was computer-less for weeks (it felt like ages...). But just recently we bought a brand spankin new one. As a result I'm back and better then ever. But also as a result I lost a LOT of things dear to me (and others). Mainly, Mintaka Map v2, as of now that project is officialy dead ( ), and my album. What's done is done and things can only get better from here. So, Hurrah I'm-a Back! Thanks my Pink Brother! Into the hidden super sig it goes! Just listened to your well named second track, and i am again most impressed, i liked this one alot, very etheral, floaty quality to it in places. Just listened to 'Blue Balloon' - awesome track Pink, great Bass & Rhythem. I enjoyed listening to it, its very atmospheric. One thing it reminded me of (which perhaps you are not aiming for, yet this is not really a critisim) is some high quality music from a game, bear in mind im not talking 8-bit platformer, more next gen stuff, there was just something about the beat.. Anyway to sum up: I loved it have listened to it multiple times now, and **had to pause here to crush a huge wolf spider** enjoyed it every time, nice to have it going in the background. Where can i download it?
