So one day, I was looking around on the JKA discussion forums. As I looked around, I saw something that caught my eyes. It was titled, awesome new map! When I saw this, I decided to download it and give it a try. When I spawned in it, the map that was made by Szico VII was just plain awesome. The map is named BlueIce Twilight and its just plain awesome as said before. The atmosphere is all snow and it some what futuristic. There are these super cool hyperspace gates, where if you press a button, the gate explodes and there is this hyperspace portal opened. It was an overall cool experience, but the portal didn't teleport far. However the portal DID teleport to an area with tauntauns spawning everytime you took them out. The houses were awesome, I'm pretty sure that all the houses are able to be entered. In these houses there is a fireplace and a refigerator that if the USE command is used on, a small shield is given to you. There are also a lot of secret areas in this map. In this secret areas, there are public bathrooms, a tournament arena, a control center, and a very tricky armory. The armory is setup to have pits that open up if stepped on them, so you can't simply go down there load up on rockets and go pwn everyone. Pros: Very Nice Atmosphere Public Toliets Many secret areas Able to make the earth shake in the tournment arena Cons: Somewhat low fps The women bathroom in the secret area bathroom has a hot tub where as the men's bathroom doesn't. -Monkai Link to the Best Map Ever! thanks for the nice coments this map has been over 2 years in the making, and 2 different mapers. Szico took over when the other one decided to drop out of jka. Even after that, it went thro several drastic changes. and yes, there is plenty to do on this map, loads if you want there to be. Duffman who is a member was one of the major designers of that map.
