As the name says, basic redstance. Nothing complicated about that. I'll try and cover something new each week:)
These weekly classes will go trough: week1:-Characterisics of red -Combos week2:-Movement week3:-Countering ---------------- If you are more than 10 min late you may join if you can pick up what we are doing because I wont have time to explain it again. If the class is full you may come anyway if you're prepared to be on your best behaviour. I hope you will like it! This class is no longer in session. |
