well the title ses most but if you are already in well u might see that red is up for grabs.also many teams have slots open and none of the free agents are answereing so if you don't answere wen a cap. ses you can join u probly will be bumbed from the leage.Note that once all the teams are filled THEN WE WILL ROCK and race and all that stuff.
