what's going on i have made a post becuz i need help, is it that for some amazing reason you guys don't c it or that since its kessler you don't need to look at it, or do you guys just don't care, i have been asking for help because i am haveing problems with the servers and no one accept 2 ppl are willing to help and (no offense what you guys said that wasen't it but thx) i am sure there is someone hear who can help, but you need to look at the POST, it's not just this one other post i make asking for help or a question and noone responds this does not help, they respond of course when i leave and come back but nothing else, AND you guys then respond when someone is getting pissed off, which i am i am getting sick of noone ever answering me, all i am asking is for somone to tell me whats going on i am sure someone knows, i'm sorry if i got a little mad in this post but i am kind of mad, isn't the academy about helping people or is that just some weird thing i have made up in my head, anyway cya all later Kessler  p.s. i know someone is going to say chill dude well then just help me dude and i won't have any problems. _______________ May The Force Be With You This post was edited by Kessler on Sep 17 2004 11:57pm. |

Kessler. I understand what your trying to say. BUT.. 2 people had posted on that thread already offering suggestions. just because they didn't work doesn't mean people are ignoring you. you could continue to post more on that thread explaining what you have tried to fix it and more people would offer help that way.. people could think cause you didn't reply to their suggestions, that maybe the problem was fixed and didn't need to offer more.. If you make a help thread. make sure you keep up to date with it, post what you have tried, and how it isn't work, even when it IS fixed, post a thankyou so people don't bump old threads still trying to offer help to a problem already fixed. just letting you know man.. _______________ .Lag Bro to Xanatos. Not everyone knows a solution to these problems and therefore don't post. Also, if it's already been suggested, people may not comment either. This is one of the common solutions to the problem as Kha said. I couldn't think of everything at the time, but if it wasn't the reason, you can post a reply and wait for another solution. Yes, if someone had the ability to help you, chances are, they would have. And blowing up at people on the forum is really not a great way to make people want to help you. Try going to IRC and see what help you can get there. _______________ |

if it's ping ur worried about u can try these commands out: 1) cl_maxpacket 2) rate 3) snaps i have a cable modem and my settings are: cl_maxpacket 50, rate 25000, snaps 40 |
