I hope I'm allowed to post this kind of thing here. Anyway, I've been training with fast stance and would like any tips and strategies that first-hand fast stance users give. At the moment I use crouching scissors and aerial "chop and lunge". Any other techniques I could use?

Nah i dont think so =)

The academy is a place that is actually specialized to share knowledge...im sure that many (especially the more skilled ones) dont comment on the holocron because they are

a)too lazy =P
b)dont even know that you can comment on the holocron
c)teach everything they know at least 1 time in a week in a class

I dont know why anyone should make a secret of his achievements...
There are only few things that can be taught...and this is mostly basic stuff and combos
Everything past this is called "skill"...take kain for example...he knows all combos and performs them flawlessly...he can delay them everywhere etc...so basicly this would make him the best jk3 duelist ever right?
Not really...he got the knowledge but this doesnt make him the best...this doesnt even have to make him good...
The main thing is style and adaption (which is a part of style) ...you can add everything that has been taught to your own style and THIS is gonna make you good...but adding things to your regular dueling is quite hard and requires skill =)

Ok thanks. I don't see many comments under the holocron. I know a lot of people here have good techniques and strategies. Maybe people just don't want to give away their secrets.

I already did, there are no comments under blue stance. :( Is everyone allowed to post there?

You, as a Jedi Academy Student, have the right to post there. :D

If a page has a link as 'Add Comment', then you are free to post. It's also a good idea to read the other posts, unless there are too many.

Basically, you are allowed to post there, yes.

Blue Stance is allowed. ;)

There is a lot of information on sabers (including Fast Stance) in the Holocron. Refer to 'Lightsaber Use' for an introduction and advanced techniques of combos, swings, specials, and general information about the saber.
